How do I sign up?

It's easy to get started with Wired Plus. Start a 14 day Free Trial here. When you are ready, upgrade to a full account. You can do this from your account settings, or by contacting us directly.

What if I want to change my licence type?

You can upgrade your account, and purchase additional user accounts and email sends at any time from your account settings. We can create bespoke packages to suit your business needs. Contact us or call us on 0845 463 5516.

How long are the contracts?

Contracts run for 12 months. You can upgrade at anytime from the account settings or by contacting us directly.

Will I receive training?

Training packages are available and can be tailored to your individual requirements and budget. Options range from 30 minutes free training online, to full day off site bespoke training days. Contact us to get specific details on how we can help.

Is there support during onboarding?

Yes, our team will work with you to transition easily from your current system and we can help with the transfer of data and templates as well as train up your team on Wired Plus so they can hit the ground running.

What kind of support will I get?

During your time as a client you’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, have access to a detailed knowledge base, training videos and personal ongoing guidance through the platform.
